ArtDive Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Artdive! Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Artdive platform. By accessing or using Artdive, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Artdive, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use Artdive.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Artdive. By using Artdive, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Content Ownership: All content available on Artdive, including images, text, graphics, and any media, is owned by the University of Santo Tomas Museum. Users are granted access solely for personal, non-commercial use.
User-Generated Content: Any content you upload or contribute to Artdive must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. By posting, you grant Artdive a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content solely for platform operations and promotion.
Restrictions: Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content owned by the University of Santo Tomas Museum without explicit, prior written consent.
5. Privacy Policy
